Earshot pairs your iPhone with Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor running on your Mac. Say what to build, hear how it's going, and steer by voice. Start with one command on the Mac, then pair the iPhone app.

Install

Paste this into Terminal on a Mac with Node.js 22 or newer.

Opening Earshot leaves voice off. Tap Start voice, or use the iPhone Action Button shortcut to start listening.

The installer puts the coordinator in your Application Support folder and starts it so it comes back after reboot.

Then pair

Setup opens at http://127.0.0.1:8788. If it does not, open that address yourself.
Choose the folder that holds your projects and confirm the hosted relay.
Scan the pairing code in the Earshot iPhone app.

Voice usage and billing

Voice minutes are metered per pair. On the Mac setup page you can watch usage, buy prepaid credits, or switch to your own OpenAI API key so nothing is billed through the relay. Purchases start from that page, not here, so they land on the right pairing.
